Overview MR Product Sales Specialist Central-Southern Italy. You will be responsible for promoting, selling and following-up MR products, solutions and services in the region. You will be called on as a technical product expert to develop and present sales proposals and systems solutions. This position is not account assigned, and you will work in close collaboration with account-assigned Sales Account Managers to close the sale. Responsibilities Maximize sales orders, margin, market share, customer satisfaction of MR modality and business solutions; Develop long-term customer relationships and high customer satisfaction whilst utilizing to optimum level resources in the team and Company/GE businesses; Organize product demonstrations, site visits and follow-up; prepare, coordinate the tender response and validate the tender documentation in collaboration with Sales Account Manager; Provide pricing strategy and ensure pricing compliance for segment opportunities; Provide training to all sales team members on strategy and product offerings; Generate, record and maintain customer profiles, including keeping track of key decision makers and ensuring knowledge and compliance with Company policies and quality processes; Compile lists of prospective customers and sales leads, and follow up as necessary; Support sales of assigned Interventional products and business solutions to customers; Coordinate customer follow-up and IB action to ensure maximum retention rate; Represent the company at trade association meetings to promote product and company; Track market effectively and provide accurate current and forecast data using information tools available; Communicate market information effectively to/from the field including competitor data; Communicate effectively with members of sales/marketing/service teams to maximize all sales potential and communicate leads to relevant colleagues; Ensure knowledge of and compliance with Company policies and quality processes. Qualifications Bachelors Degree or selling experience in a medical MR field; Selling & Negotiation skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills; Technical expertise in Interventional is valued; Able to travel; Fluent in English; Valid motor vehicle license.
