Amazon Fresh is Amazon's hyperlocal basket‐grocery business, offering a large selection of fruits & vegetables, grocery & everyday products to customers – delivered within 2 to 4 hours. Officially launched in Nov 2021, Amazon Fresh is available in 100+ cities across the country. Key job responsibilities
* Design and implement promotions and cashback initiatives across different categories on Fresh to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
* Develop store‐wide promotions and work closely with traffic, merch and category team to schedule and execute them.
* Develop, test and analyze new promotion constructs to increase conversion rates and share them within the organization.
* Experiment and optimize promotion constructs to increase overall business impact.
* Coordinate with internal teams to create engaging promotion experience for events (such as SVD, Prime Day or Jupiter).
* Configure promotions targeted across target cohorts, manage project execution, test ideas, create campaigns, analyze data and solve problems.
* Analyze performance results to drive improvements in the program.
* Use data to understand customer behavior and inform new projects; constantly derive learning from campaigns/promotions across different cohorts, establish best practices and efficient processes.
* Provide complete performance reporting and analysis on projects and take relevant action on insights gained.
* Partner and coordinate with product team to launch tests and campaigns.
* Audit monthly/quarterly spends, monitor effectiveness and provide insights on gap to goal.
* This role requires a high degree of stakeholder management and provides exposure across departments.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.- Experience with data analysis and basic Excel skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree or equivalent.
* Knowledge of a varied set of software and editing tools (including HTML, Excel, image editing software, SQL).
* At least 1+ years in designing customer‐facing eCommerce stores and managing multiple competing priorities to provide the best outcomes.
