Experteer OverviewIn this role you lead the area’s stores to drive commercial results, customer experience, and profitability. You translate global and regional strategies into effective sales and operations across Italy, Spain, Portugal and Greece, maintaining COS’s market leadership. You coach Store Managers, build high‑performing teams, and ensure consistent brand standards. You work cross‑functionally to optimise layouts, staffing, and risk controls while prioritising a people‑first culture that supports sustainable growth.
