Respond to customer requests via email, chat, contact forms, and callsHandle support tickets related to general queries, refunds, or incomplete servicesCall users to speed up case resolution and improve communicationPerform back-office tasks that may involve outbound callsConduct outbound calls to promote products, collect feedback, and support customer successMaintain accurate records using CRM toolsAchieve performance goals and respect deadlinesProvide operational feedback and elevate cases when needed

Training Information
