Product Manager Circulators EuropeDepartment: Product managementEmployment Type: Permanent - Full TimeLocation: Italy - Sandrigo (VI)DescriptionTaco Italia, part of an American industrial group, active in the production and development of circulation pumps for the heating and air conditioning sector, intended for both the OEM and distribution markets, is looking for a Product Manager.This role is crucial to support our European circulator portfolio in a rapidly evolving DHW and hydronic space heating/cooling market driven by heat pump adoption and energy efficiency goals.You will ensure accurate product data governance, manage lifecycle activities, and drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, manufacturing, sales, and supply chain in our European facilities. You will work closely with our Product Management team based in Switzerland, you will help shape the portfolio strategy, support new product opportunities and ensure compliance with market needs and regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute strategic input to the Product Management and to Technical Department to support coherent regional and global product development initiativesGuide decisions related to circulators' product data, specifications, and lifecycle tasks in coordination with the Senior Product Manager and aligned with the global portfolio strategyMonitor product performance and propose process improvementsHarmonize product architecture, pricing, and features across platforms and operating systemsMaintain accurate product data in ERP, CRM, and PIMS systemsSupport product offerings: customized for OEMs/white-label and off-the-shelf for TradeCoordinate cross-functional alignment on product prioritiesImplement phase-in/phase-out processes and facilitate demand forecastingPrepare technical specifications, documentation, and marketing collateralGather and synthesize voice-of-customer feedbackConduct market and competitor research to identify unmet needsRecommend customer segments for new product launchesSkills, Knowledge and ExpertiseBachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field such as engineering, sciences, or business3 years of product management experience in B2B technical domains, or 5+ years in technical roles (R&D, engineering) in HVAC, building services, or industrial pumpsHVAC systems and product lifecycle managementBasic project management principles (Waterfall / Agile)ERP, CRM, and PIM systems experienceData analysis (e.g., Excel, BI, and AI tools) and market researchLanguages: Italian and EnglishProblem solving, analytical approach and results-orientedGreat aptitude for teamwork and excellent interpersonal skillsAbility to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and influence decisionsPeriodic travel BenefitsWork remotely for part of the weekA position with responsibility and opportunities to make a difference in a small, dynamic international teamUp-to-date compensation and benefitsInternational environment as well as family environmentThe search is open to both genders (Legislative Decree No. 198/2006).
