In our Electrification Business Area we are looking for key people to new business develop in electrification distribution market. As a Sales Specialist you will use your experience and drive to build enduring customer relationships through excellent service.

Sales Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Build and manage commercial relationship with customers, with a focus on volume, mix and profitability for every solution
- Ensure your customers an unforgettable professional experience Analyze different customers’ needs to offer them a customized solution
- Develop sales plan and proposal according to market needs
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Able to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders in ways that promote beneficial working relationships
- Working with marketing and other departments to prepare sales plans and bids, ensuring technical and financial accuracy
**Your background**:
- Engineering degree or technical diploma
- At least 5 years of experience in sales
- Experience in electrical distribution (medium-low voltage products and system, digital distribution solutions)
- Ability to translate customer requirements solutions and knowledge of Microsoft tools
- Ability to communicate both in Italian and English languages
- Availability to business travel in the province of Como-Varese
- Proactivity, teamwork skills, problem solving and result orientation will complete your profile
