This role will be key in monitoring and analyzing the company's financial performance in Italy.Main ResponsibilitiesAccounting and Control
Support and review Italian accounting, ensuring the correct recording of costs and revenues.Prepare and record adjustment entries, accruals, and verify compliance with accounting dimensions (cost centers and business lines).
Closures and Analysis
Prepare monthly closures for Giunti Psychometrics Italy.Analyze margins and variances compared to the budget.
Reporting and Business Support
Analyze revenues and prepare sales reports for management.Support the commercial department in calculating bonuses and analyzing sales by business line, client segment, and product.
Requisiti
Degree in Economics.At least 5 years of experience as an accountant/controller.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in financial data management.Knowledge of ERP Business Central is a plus.
