Experience in Scaramuzza Technique is a significant advantage. /li liTraining on British Piano Pedagogy and official syllabuses provided by WKMT staff during weekly one-hour group meetings. /li liOne-to-one piano lessons with Juan Rezzuto upon request and mutual agreement. /li liThe intern will deliver up to 39 hours of tuition weekly to students of all ages and levels at WKMT Kensington, WKMT Camberwell, and/or students’ homes, as directed by WKMT staff. /li liTypically, each teacher teaches around 30-33 hours per week, although this may vary seasonally. /li liWKMT may offer accommodation options for interns living nearby, at £550/month, including bills and a piano. /li liTeaching one-to-one piano and keyboard lessons tailored to student needs and study plans. /li liPreparing students for performances, exams, auditions, festivals, and gigs; maintaining accurate student development records. /li liEngaging in activities such as performances and recordings. /li liPerforming basic office tasks. /li liDeveloping effective teaching methods to retain students, including good communication, structure, and motivation. /li liSupporting students in using internet resources. /li liHosting students with high standards of hospitality, including offering drinks and maintaining courtesy and presentation standards. /li liCollaborating with WKMT’s SEO and marketing efforts, including social media, backlinking, article and video production, keyword research, and competitor analysis. /li libRole Requirements /b /li liTeaching experience is preferred but not mandatory; a training program is available, and attendance is granted after probation. /li liAdherence to health and safety standards and child protection legislation. /li liProven artistic excellence or decency in recordings, performances, or publications. /li /ol pbImportant Notes /b /p ul liPaid holidays are recommended during specific periods: 25th July to 1st September, and 18th December to 5th January.
