The role

We are seeking a high-energy Commercial Account Executive (AE) to join our SMB sales team. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers and driving revenue within the 50-250 employee segment. This fast-paced, high-volume sales role involves leveraging a consultative, value-based approach to engage prospects, understand their pain points, and demonstrate how Soldo can enhance their spend management.

You will manage a high-velocity sales cycle, focusing on outbound prospecting, inbound management, and upselling existing customers. This role is ideal for an ambitious, proactive salesperson, whether you are an SDR / BDR graduate ready for the next step or an existing AE seeking growth in a SaaS environment.


Requirements

* Experience as an SDR, BDR, or AE in a B2B SaaS environment.
* Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets in a high-volume sales role.
* Strong understanding of value-based selling and consultative techniques.
* Skilled in prospecting and outbound selling via phone, email, and social channels.
* Ability to engage and sell to SMB stakeholders, including Finance, Operations, and Business Owners.
* Confident communicator, capable of impactful demos and value presentations.
* Proactive, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
* Highly organized, capable of managing a busy pipeline with precision.
* Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.
* Positive attitude, eager to learn, and open to coaching.
