Join Dell Technologies as a Workplace and PC Solutions Sales Engineer in Milan. In this role, you will provide pre-sales technical support to our field sales teams, helping to define comprehensive Dell solutions for our customers using our full range of products and services.
Responsibilities include:
1. Building and maintaining relationships with complex customer accounts.
2. Conducting customer needs analysis to understand requirements and project scope.
3. Preparing detailed product specifications to facilitate the sale of high-end products and solutions.
4. Delivering impactful presentations at customer locations.
5. Verifying the operability of sophisticated product and service configurations within the customer's environment, focusing on Systems management in the PC space, IT Administration & applications, VDI, and PC Services.
Requirements:
* In-depth understanding of relevant technologies, products, and services.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to present to senior-level individuals and articulate Dell Technologies solutions effectively.
* Strong knowledge of the IT industry.
* At least 5 years of experience in relationship sales.
Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree.
