We are looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of our Chillers & Heat Pumps (HP), and drive its development, competitiveness, and market success.
This role sits at the crossroads of market, technology, sales and operations — perfect for someone who likes to see the full picture and turn complexity into solid products.
What you’ll do
Analyze market competition, trends and customer needs
Define technical and functional specifications for new products and upgrades
Perform technical and commercial benchmarking of competing solutions
Recommend products and solutions tailored to customer requirements
Propose alternative solutions based on cost, availability or specifications
Ensure that orders generated from quotations fully comply with the agreed technical and commercial terms
Deliver technical and commercial trainings to sales teams, partners and customers
Support sales and marketing activities, including participation in trade shows
Maintain constant interaction with all company departments (R&D, production, purchasing, sales, marketing)
Manage relationships with suppliers of marketed products

Solid understanding of market dynamics and competitive positioning
Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with both technical and commercial teams
