Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions in Italian through phone' email' and chat channels' providing expert support and guidance.
- Assist customers with product inquiries' service issues' and general company information.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally' ensuring client satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records within the company systems.
- Work closely with team members to share insights and improve the overall customer service experience.
- Stay updated on new products' services' and company policies to provide the best support possible.
- Collect and report on customer feedback to drive improvements in service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English' both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
