* Job description:

Our company is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and be able to facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including the Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, and Sprint Review.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that the team is following Agile principles and values, and for identifying and mitigating any obstacles or roadblocks that may impact the team's progress.
">
In addition, the Scrum Master will be responsible for coaching and mentoring team members on Agile practices and principles, and for helping to develop and maintain the team's backlog.
">
The Scrum Master will work closely with the Product Owner to ensure that the product vision is clear and aligned with business objectives.

Required skills and qualifications:
