Mentor and develop a high-performing sales team with deep expertise in education, fostering a collaborative, innovation-driven culture that aligns with Apple's values and long-term vision for a robust and sustainable sales pipeline, supporting Apple's leadership in the Italian education sector. Serve as an advocate for technology-driven learning and digital transformation in education at the highest level. Strong experience in sales, business development, or leadership roles within the education sector or technology-driven learning environments. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Fluency in Italian and English is required. Deep experience in the Education market in Italy with a strong network of decision-makers across K-12 and Higher Education institutions. Proven track record of delivering large-scale education transformation initiatives working closely with government entities and academic institutions. Experience managing and engaging with C-suite stakeholders, government officials, and academic leaders to drive technology adoption in education. Ability to balance short-term business growth with long-term strategic development, ensuring sustainable impact in the education sector.
