The Role and Responsibilities
* Develop and manage direct sales of engineered air & gas compressors to key-accounts and direct customers within assigned territories.
* Achieve or exceed annual sales targets for the assigned territories/accounts.
* Maintain and grow Hanwha's agent network.
* Obtain market intelligence information.
* Cordinate with Korean HQ and receive operative support on all role responsibilities, from business development, tender management, and sales negotiation.
* Support the Project Execution Team for any sales-related aspect.

* Proven communication and team working capabilities.
* Complex sales management experience, including technical, commercial, financial, and legal aspects.
* Sales channels performance monitoring and necessary upgrades to ensure maximum effectiveness.
* Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with new, prospects, and existing customers.
The Ideal Candidate Background
* A university degree in Engineering is highly preferred.
* At least 5 years of experience in sales to EPC contractors and equivalent structured key-accounts, or in application and project engineering with exposure to customer management, within companies with international and intercultural business environments.
* Rotating machinery business experience is highly preferred.
* Open to travel in Europe up to 50% of working time, depending on business needs.
* Fluent knowledge of English (written and spoken).
* A second European language will be a plus.
