Overview We are looking to hire an ICQA Area Manager to be part of our fulfillment center Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) team. Your role will be a dynamic leader ensuring reliable delivery to customers while driving customer obsession across a fast‑paced, high‑reward environment. Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of hourly Associates (including Team Leads and a Data Analyst) assigned to inventory control, quality assurance and problem‑solve operations. Support safety programs and compliance to maintain a safe work environment for all associates. Coordinate inventory control, quality assurance and problem‑solve operations in accordance with network strategies, ensuring compliance and consistency with SOX. Conduct shift planning and forecasting, overseeing projects to streamline processes, increase quality and optimize productivity. Review KPIs on a daily, weekly or monthly basis and perform quality analysis on any behaviors or processes that could impact inventory integrity and customer experience. Drive continuous improvement of key fulfillment center process paths and exception handling in partnership with operations management. Interview, train and develop fulfillment center managers and associates, hiring the next generation of managers.
A Day in the Life Your shift starts with a team huddle to review previous performance, set daily goals and address ongoing issues. Throughout the shift you will conduct inventory discrepancy analysis, resolve receiving issues, coach team members on accuracy improvement and analyze data for process improvement. You will observe processes, coach team members, maintain safety standards and dedicate time to developing your team with feedback and training needs. At shift end you will prepare a handover, summarizing key events, ongoing issues and priorities, ensuring inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction. Basic Qualifications
A degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience in operations management. Relevant experience in performing data analysis and understanding data sets and tools. Proficient in the local language and English, both spoken and written. Advanced MS Office suite user, especially Excel. Previous experience leading teams.

A resilient, focused problem solver and self‑starter, with the ability to multi‑task and prioritize in a complex and ambiguous environment. Strong commitment to employee development, as well as an exceptional level of dedication, motivation to team management. Proven ability to influence peers or stakeholders at varying levels of seniority within the Ops organization. Knowledge of and experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and techniques.
