Role and responsibilities: Search for new sites for renewable energy projects, particularly wind farms and agrovoltaic plants. Participate in the identification, analysis, and selection of potential sites for renewable energy plants. Identify landowners for project development and connection works; negotiate and stipulate contracts (lease agreements, surface rights, easements, acquisitions, etc.). Establish relationships and dialogue with local institutions and authorities in coordination with the development team. Engage with local operators and landowners. Support project management through communication with external brokers. Assist in obtaining necessary permits for construction and operation. Conduct inspections across the national territory. Report to the development team and CEO or designated person. Assist in various company areas related to project development. Requirements: At least two years of experience in land negotiation, acquisition, or management for renewable energy or real estate projects. Must be dynamic, organized, and responsible. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in office software, Google Earth, land registry searches, and Sister platform. Knowledge of QGIS and other mapping tools is preferred.
