Ph3The Role /h3 pTo manage and lead the team ensuring a consistent and exceptional standard of customer service in the The Bridge Boutique in the very heart of Roma Termini. /p pReports to: bArea Management /b /p pType of Contract: bPermanent /b /p ul liTo be in charge of the general operations of the store, making sure it runs smoothly, cleanly and meets any budget or sales goals; /li liTo analyse, elaborate and report sales figures, weekly, monthly, yearly to Retail Manager in order to leverage profits; /li liTo monitor all business costs and provides the area team with feedback and analysis on all store KPI’s; /li liTo be responsible for supervising a retail organization's staff, meeting customer needs, planning and coordinating sales, merchandising, and budgeting; /li liTo maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry and monitor what local competitors are doing; /li liTo develop retail excellence behaviors such as personal relationships with customers, individual follow-up of the clientele, selling ceremony, after-sales quality issues; /li liTo make sure staff meets all the requirements indicated by the Company and Retail Manager on dress code, standing, customer approach and selling ceremony; /li liTo liaise with HR Department to deal with special HR issues; /li liTo complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees rota; /li liTo be responsible for all employee corrective actions and ensuring any disciplinary actions are handled correctly; /li liTo arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria; /li liTo approach customers and offer them advice and support on product to persuade them to buy; /li liTo monitor shelves inventory and unload new products when needed; /li liTo operate cash registers and close daily revenues; /li liTo maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store; /li liTo provide information and other services such as handling returns of merchandise; /li liTo have great customer service skills and problem solving; /li liTo go the “extra mile” to meet targets; /li /ul h3The Candidate /h3 ul liFluent in English (written spoken) is essential; /li liPrevious demonstrable experience of managing a store team; /li liRetail or Service industry experience preferably within the fashion industry; /li liCapable to motivate, manage and lead the team; /li liProven track record in delivering strong business results within a large team, large turnover and fashion environment; /li liAbility to advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance; /li liAn excellent communicator with customers and a leader for staff colleagues; /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
