What you'll be doing
As a Senior Business Developer Welfare, Corporate, you'll play a key role in driving the expansion of our Welfare B2B Products by acquiring and onboarding corporate clients and fostering key business relationships. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:
* Generate new business opportunities – By actively prospecting leads in the target market using tools like Sales Navigator, Lusha, and Atoka and creating effective outbound email sequences.
* Manage the full business development cycle – From initial outreach and lead qualification to effectively closing deals and implementing a new Welfare B2B line for mid-to-large employers.
* Cultivate client relationships – By managing deals with C-Level stakeholders and building strong, long-term partnerships with client executives to maintain a robust client base.
* Monitor and report on performance – By tracking and analyzing business development activities within our CRM system and producing insightful reports for management to ensure company targets are met.
* Contribute to strategy and team growth – By collaborating closely with the Welfare Team to identify areas for improvement and participating in projects focused on team development and strategic advancement. Who we're looking for

* Significant business development experience – With 4-6 years in a New Business Development role, demonstrating a strong focus on prospecting and outbound sales activities.
* Strong analytical and data processing skills – With the proven ability to analyze large datasets and derive meaningful insights to inform strategic decisions.
* Highly motivated and adaptable – With a strong eagerness to learn new topics quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic international environment.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills – Fluent in both Italian and English, highly organized, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team, with strong relationship-building abilities.
* Results-oriented and passionate – With an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
