Our commitment to quality and precision ensures that we remain at the forefront of technology and manufacturing excellence. /ph3Job Summary /h3pIn this role, you are responsible for driving business development and sales of custom‑engineered air compression and nitrogen generation packages, as well as engineered systems within the Rotary Team at Ingersoll Rand. You develop new business opportunities, engage with customers to understand their technical needs, and work closely with engineering teams to create tailored solutions. You manage the entire sales process, from early lead generation to negotiation and closing, while maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and partners. Additionally, you support project development phases, monitor market trends, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives and accurate sales forecasting. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliProspecting and developing the market for engineered air compressors, dryers and nitrogen generation packages. Management and development of the customer portfolio for these products. Support for commercial activity related to air compressors within the industrial project EPC contractor sector. /liliMarket analysis and assessment. Prospecting customers and business opportunities. /liliPreparation of quotations, discussion of technical alignment, and negotiation of contractual terms (legal and commercial). /liliManagement and development of the customer portfolio. /liliPreparation of sales activity reports. /liliPreparation of business forecasts. /liliCollaboration with the project management team to ensure proper development and execution. /li /ulh3Basic Qualifications /h3ulliPreferably some type of technical education, either intermediate or higher level (preferably in Industrial Technologies, Mechanical, or Electrical). /lili5+ years of experience in business development and commercial management in an industrial B2B environment (preferably compressed air or rotating equipment in the industrial sector) or in engineering and/or project management teams within industrial equipment companies. /liliLanguages: English level C1 or higher.
