Ph3Job Information /h3 pbCompany: /b JR Italy /p pbClient / Employer: /b OPIT - Open Institute of Technology /p pbLocation: /b Turin (travel to Rome and Malta) /p pbReporting To: /b Founder /p pbSector: /b EdTech, Digital Platforms, Higher Education, AI Learning /p h3Role Summary /h3 pWe are looking for a bGeneral Manager /b to help lead and scale a group of digital education businesses at the intersection of community, online learning, AI, and higher education. /p pThe role will cover Docsity, WeUni and OPIT – Open Institute of Technology, delivering structure, operational discipline and execution to a fast‑growing EdTech ecosystem. /p h3The Role /h3 pYou will help scale a portfolio combining: /p ul liOPIT – Open Institute of Technology, an accredited online higher education institution focused on applied technology degrees /li liDocsity, a large‑scale student platform evolving from a document marketplace to an AI‑native learning platform /li liWeUni, a B2B education and lead‑generation platform serving universities and higher education institutions /li /ul pYour mission will be to drive sustainable growth, strengthen product‑market fit, improve execution across teams, and build a more structured, scalable, high‑performing organization. /p h3What You’ll Own /h3 ul liDefine and execute product‑led, community‑led and commercially driven growth strategies /li liStrengthen engagement, retention and monetization across the student ecosystem /li liBring structure to product, marketing, sales, operations and customer experience /li liBuild clear KPI frameworks, operating rhythms and scalable processes /li liDrive execution across product roadmaps, growth initiatives and commercial priorities /li liIdentify and develop synergies across the platforms /li liAct as a strong external representative towards partners and stakeholders /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liStrong experience in digital products, platforms, marketplaces or user‑based businesses /li liSolid background in product‑led growth, digital marketing, community and retention /li liExperience managing PL, budgets, KPIs and cross‑functional teams /li liStrong execution skills and ability to turn strategy into measurable results /li liUnderstanding of AI‑enabled products for learning experiences /li liExposure to B2B sales, partnerships or institutional business development /li liStrong people leadership and ability to manage senior, diverse teams /li liExcellent communication skills and international exposure /li liFluency in English; Italian is also important for the role /li liAvailability to work from Turin, with travel when needed /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liExperience in EdTech, online learning or higher education /li liExperience with user‑generated content platforms or communities /li liExposure to subscription models, digital monetization or marketplace dynamics /li liTechnical or STEM background /li liExperience in regulated or accreditation‑driven environments /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liThe opportunity to lead a high‑impact EdTech ecosystem with international ambition /li liA fast‑moving environment where product, AI, content and education come together /li liDirect exposure to founders and strategic decision‑making /li liSignificant ownership over growth, execution and organizational scale‑up /li liCompetitive compensation and long‑term incentives /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
