Ph3North-East Italy Sales Engineer – Industrial Valves ARI-Armaturen USA•Bussolengo, IT /h3 pOn behalf of our Client, leader in the diabetes care market, IQVIA is looking for a Sales Representative Specialist who can join an exciting working environment in a dynamic atmosphere. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage, in line with the directives of the company, the promotion and development of product sales to customers in the assigned area, ensuring the achievement of defined objectives. /li liRegularly visit customers in the assigned territory (existing and potential), through a consultative approach. /li liCollaborate with all company organization in order to provide transparent feedback to support the achievement of company objectives. /li liInteract with stakeholders operating in the territory or business partners, ensuring the most effective management of existing and potential customers. /li liVisiting existing and potential customers: Diabetes Services at Hospitals, Polyclinics, Private Nursing Homes, Universities and Local Health Authorities and Retail channel. /li liManaging pharmacies: managing assigned pharmacies and developing potential client pharmacies. /li liCollect and discuss with company's management all the information on the evolution of the reference market, proposing the actions that can best support the achievement of the assigned objectives. /li liMaintain close contact with colleagues and business partners operating in the area, in order to ensure an effective customer approach. /li liKeep constantly updated on the evolution of the company's products/systems and competitors, also by studying the training material made available by the Company. /li liTransfer to the Head Office Sales Functions the most relevant information gathered on the market about competitors' products and strategies. /li liPeriodically elaborate and transmit to the direct manager the analysis of the situation of the territory. /li liCarry out and complete training and instructional procedures on time. /li liCarry out duties with responsibility, diligence, care of company and common property, in accordance with company guidelines and HCC procedures. /li /ul h3Key Experiences Qualifications /h3 ul liPrevious experience in a similar position. /li liDegree in scientific disciplines (Italian Law 219/06) – considered a plus. /li liExcellent organizational and interpersonal skills. /li liExcellent communication skills. /li liDigital skills. /li liPropensity for professional and personal growth, with great tenacity and determination to achieve objectives. /li liKnowledge of Diabetes, OT Products and Competition. /li liTerritory management. /li /ul h3Offer /h3 pContract: Chemical contract, starting with 1 year contract. /p pIncentive System: Linked to achievement of objectives. /p pCompany Car. /p pIQVIA reserves the right to evaluate candidates with domicile / residence and work experience / study with requirements responding to the open request.
