Job Title: Regional Sales Director
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement regional sales strategies to drive business growth in Italy.

* Contribute to the development of regional sales plans and support marketing initiatives to increase customer retention and loyalty.
* Oversee product certifications, quality documentation, and company accreditation processes for key markets.
* Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform pricing and positioning strategies.
Your Profile:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a proven track record in B2B sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of membrane technologies, system applications, and market requirements, as well as experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
A university degree in process or environmental engineering or a related technical field is required, and at least 5 years of sales experience in a technical or industrial environment is preferred. Experience in the membrane filtration or water treatment sector is also advantageous.
