Key Responsibilities And Tasks

* Co-creating and implementing a short- and long-term sales strategy for the Italian market,
* Build relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. Participation in negotiations crucial for the implementation of the company's sales plans,
* Building a sales market through active customer acquisition, including strategic clients, seeking market potential, and proposing solutions in response to customer needs,
* Building a sales team, setting goals, and monitoring achievements. Coordinating cooperation with sales agents. Execution of assigned sales plans,
* Implementation of the adopted pricing policy, market monitoring, and providing information to the headquarters,
* Collaboration with the marketing department to implement new solutions, especially by submitting proposals and recommendations for changes.


Requirements

* 3-7 years of sales experience, preferably in construction, building materials, or industrial products
* Some business development experience in the Italian market
* Track record of building customer relationships and growing sales territories
* Experience working with distributors, contractors, or B2B customers
* Understanding of the Italian construction industry and market dynamics
* Familiarity with construction fasteners, building materials, or related products (preferred)
* Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, or technical specifications (an asset)


Skills & Qualities

* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Sales-driven mindset with natural ability to identify opportunities and close deals
* Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
* Analytical mindset with ability to identify market opportunities
* Willingness to travel across Italia
* Driver's license and ability to travel
