We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Specialist to join our team in Rome on a fixed-term contract. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment, supporting key payroll and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Data entry in SAP SuccessFactors (new hires, terminations, contract changes, etc.)
* Corporate reporting activities
* Administrative onboarding for new employees
* Management of employment contracts: hiring, extensions, terminations, and mandatory communications to authorities (Employment Center, INPS, INAIL)
* Handling of fixed-term contracts
* Management of absences: sickness, accidents, maternity, leaves, deductions, etc.
* Monthly payroll checks, with a focus on executive-level employees
* Support with internal mobility and impatriate tax regime
* Assistance with payroll-related activities (insurance policies, welfare programs, meal vouchers)
Requirements:
* Minimum 1/2 years of experience in HR payroll or personnel administration
* Strong Excel skills
* Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and high level of accuracy
* Proactive, curious, flexible, and adaptable
* Experience with Zucchetti HR software is a plus
