* The primary objective is to establish strong relationships with existing and potential customers in Italy, working closely with senior management.

* Diligently negotiate and deliver offers/quotes to customers, ensuring effective communication with the technical team.
* Regularly report progress and challenges to the Sales Director Europe.
Main Responsibilities

* Develop comprehensive sales plans tailored to customer needs and company goals.
* Collaborate with the technical team to identify optimal solutions for customers, utilizing knowledge of company capabilities and product advantages.
* Continuously seek new business opportunities, particularly in replacing Polyamide compounds.
* Negotiate favorable terms of sale in conjunction with senior management.
* Maintain accurate records of customer rates and issue requests for material samples and testing as needed.
* Foster long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support.
* Ensure timely application of contracts and manage assigned sales volumes effectively.
* Identify potential risks, financial risks, delivery disruptions, and changes in customer structure, taking proactive measures to mitigate them.
* Serve as a liaison between customers and senior management, sales, R&D, QHSE, and finance teams.
* Support the technical and sales teams in resolving tests, complaints, or disputes.
* Provide regular updates on individual sales activities, customer situations, and sample exchanges with senior management and during sales meetings.

* Manage time efficiently, prioritizing tasks and working independently.
* Proficiently use MS Office and ERP systems.
* Fluency in Italian and English languages.
