While our products are trusted by world-class athletes in MotoGP, Formula One, and motocross, we also design and deliver high-quality gear and apparel for a broad range of customers—from professional riders to everyday enthusiasts.Driven by innovation, engineering excellence, and a deep understanding of performance and design, we continuously push the boundaries of product development.As part of our next phase of global growth, we are undergoing a large-scale digital transformation focused on modernizing our system landscape, building a scalable enterprise data platform, and redefining our core business processes.About the Role We are looking for a Global Business Process Owner – Commercial & Order-to-Cash Transformation to lead the end-to-end transformation of our ERP landscape, with a primary focus on the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365).Own and transform the global Order-to-Cash process across the commercial ecosystem, including CRM, eCommerce, pricing, and customer experience.You will operate in a truly global environment, collaborating closely with regional teams across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

The role requires aligning diverse market requirements into a standardized global process model while ensuring effective adoption across regions.Main Responsibilities: Design and own the global O2C process blueprintDrive innovation in order management, allocation, and fulfillmentDefine customer promise and order orchestration logicCollaborate with sales, supply chain, and ITDrive global alignment across Europe, Asia, and the AmericasRequirements: 5+ years of experience in commercial, order management, or transformation rolesFluency in English is a must have (minimum B2+)Experience in end-to-end O2C processesExperience in transformation programs (ERP, digital, or process)Strong understanding of how ERP, CRM, and eCommerce systems support business processesExperience with order management and fulfillment processesAbility to design scalable commercial processesStrong stakeholder management across regionsAbility to balance customer needs with operational constraintsExperience in business process modeling and standardization, including the use of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) or similar methodologies to design, document, and optimize end-to-end processes.Nice to Have: Experience with Dynamics 365Experience in apparel, retail, or consumer goodsWhy should you choose us?If you want to be the heart of a global transformation program, working closely with senior leadership and C‑level stakeholders to influence strategic decisions and shape how the company will operate over the next decade. xjrgpwk
