Our equipment is used, among other things, to inspect welds, detect hidden cracks, voids, porosity, and other internal irregularities in various materials. /p /brh3Role /h3 /brpHow will you make a difference? /p /brpAs Inside Sales Specialist, reporting to the Head of Inside Sales, you will be responsible for the end-to-end sales process in Italy. /p /brh3Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliYou take ownership of the end-to-end sales process for your assigned customer portfolio - you\'re their trusted contact from first hello to order confirmation. /li /brliYou manage the entire customer journey – from initial outreach to order placement. /li /brliYou drive business with existing customers through cross-selling and up-selling as well as introducing new products /li /brliYou expand the customer base by identifying and engaging new prospects through market research, application scouting, and targeted acquisition campaigns. /li /brliYou are responsible for promoting and selling Technical Service Solutions tailored to the installed base across all customer segments. /li /brliYou execute proactive sales campaigns for specific customer groups to boost engagement and conversion. /li /brliYou qualify inbound leads, evaluate customer potential, and ensure correct segmentation and allocation. /li /brliYou maintain a structured sales pipeline, following established processes and KPIs, and ensure continuous follow-up and accurate lead management in the CRM system. /li /brliContinuously grow your expertise through online and on-site trainings in products, applications, and modern sales techniques as well as Co-Travelling with field sales /li /brliOccasional travel within Europe is expected (Team Meetings). /li /br /ul /brh3Qualifications /h3 /brul /brliTechnical knowledge in the field of non-destructive testing and measurement technologies (like Ultrasonic Testing or Visual Inspection), ideally with a degree in Engineering or a related field. /li /brliStrong technical understanding of complex products, such as ultrasonic testing devices, flaw detectors, and visual inspection systems. /li /brliAt least 3 years of experience in industrial B2B sales, preferably in inside or field sales roles. /li /brliA proven track record in customer acquisition and opportunity development. /li /brliExperience in lead qualification and sales funnel management. /li /brliReporting of sales activities /li /brliProficiency in using digital tools and virtual channels in sales, along with hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce). /li /brliAbility to translate sales and marketing strategies into actionable steps. /li /brliProficient in Microsoft Office 365 /li /brliFluent in both Italian and English language /li /brliQuick learning ability and a proactive, self-driven work ethic – intrinsic motivation is key. /li /brliStrong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers across all levels. /li /brliA team-oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. /li /brliPassionate about delivering value to customers and building lasting relationships. /li /br /ul /brpLa ricerca è rivolta a candidature di entrambi i sessi, ai sensi delle leggi 903 / 77 e 125 / 91, e a persone di tutte le età e tutte le nazionalità, ai sensi dei decreti legislativi 215 / 03 e 216 / 03.
