An exciting opportunity awaits a high-impact Sales Director - Retail Market

This role plays a strategic and operational part in driving both sell-in and sell-out performance across major retail accounts in Italy. What You’ll Be Responsible For
* Own the full sales cycle with key open market customers: from strategic sell-in planning to hands-on sell-out execution.
* Drive revenue growth, profitability (P&L), and market share in alignment with business goals.
* Lead commercial negotiations and develop tailored growth strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Retail, Go-to-Market).
* Design and execute high-impact promotional plans and in-store activations to boost visibility and conversion.
* Build strong, long-term relationships with leading retail partners across Italy.
* Analyze performance, market trends, and consumer insights to generate strategic recommendations and reporting to senior management.
* Be the voice of the market internally, sharing feedback and identifying new opportunities for innovation and optimization.
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or commercial management, preferably within consumer electronics or tech-related industries.
* Proven track record with major Italian retailers and in managing complex client portfolios.
* Deep understanding of both sell-in and sell-out dynamics.
* Experience with wearables, smartphones, or smart devices is a strong plus.
* Strong business acumen and analytical mindset; ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
* Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to lead initiatives without direct authority.
* Highly organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure in fast-evolving environments.
* Fluent in English (C1) and Italian; other languages are a plus.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).
