SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER - EMEA

Position Overview
A fast growing medical technology company is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to support its EMEA region. This role is responsible for driving customer engagement, strengthening brand presence and delivering high impact marketing initiatives across priority growth markets.
The successful candidate will bring more than 5+ years of medical device marketing experience, ideally within cardiology, and be comfortable working in a dynamic and commercially focused environment. This is a hands on role suited to someone who can translate strategy into execution and directly support market adoption and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement and Brand Visibility Develop and implement a clear customer engagement plan across EMEA, ensuring strong and consistent presence at congresses, workshops and regional events. Lead end to end congress management including stand strategy, faculty engagement, supplier coordination and on site delivery. Create impactful promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with clinicians and decision makers.
Marketing Strategy and Content Deliver integrated marketing campaigns aligned to commercial objectives. Develop digital and print materials that clearly communicate the value proposition. Work with agencies and internal stakeholders to strengthen positioning and expand reach through effective channels and partnerships.
Clinician Programmes and Market Development Design and execute educational initiatives including workshops, advisory meetings and training programmes to support clinician engagement and product adoption. Partner with distributors and sales teams to prioritise markets and deliver measurable outcomes while ensuring alignment with global strategy.
Internal Collaboration and Enablement Equip internal teams with effective messaging and training to enhance customer conversations. Work cross functionally with marketing, sales, medical and operations to ensure coordinated execution.
Stakeholder Management and Performance Manage external suppliers and partners to ensure quality, consistency and cost effectiveness. Define and track key performance indicators, measure return on investment and manage budgets responsibly to optimise impact.
Key Qualifications More than ten years’ experience in medical device marketing or commercial roles, ideally within cardiology and EMEA markets. Experience within structured global organisations. Demonstrated success delivering congress activities, campaigns and engagement programmes linked to commercial results. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect marketing activity to adoption and revenue growth. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clinicians and internal stakeholders. Experience working with distributors across multiple geographies. Self motivated, practical and comfortable operating in a fast paced environment. Fluent in English.
