Business Development Manager
Exero, part of ALSO Group, is an innovative retail services company with a proprietary Category Management Platform.
We are looking for a key figure combining business development with direct product impact, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Responsibilities
* Drive business expansion across European markets
* Manage the full sales cycle (lead generation to closing)
* Build relationships with retailers, vendors, and resellers
* Grow and manage existing clients
* Develop strategic partnerships
* Collaborate with ALSO Group entities to develop retail services business
* Gather market and client insights
* Work with product team to evolve the platform
* Translate business needs into product inputs
Requirements
* 4–5 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development
* Strong relationship management skills (farming)
* Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset
* Ability to operate across business and product
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Fluent in Italian and English
