Director, Training and Recruitment @ Military AutoSource | Managing Director

Join our Elite Sales Team with Six-Figure Earning Potential!

Military AutoSource (MAS) is seeking ambitious individuals for sales positions in Italy, Germany and Poland, located on US military bases across the region. No prior experience required!

Overview: Military AutoSource is the world's leading distributor for renowned car and motorcycle manufacturers, serving US military personnel worldwide. We offer exclusive deals and preferred pricing as part of a Department of Defense program, making vehicle ownership accessible to service members stationed overseas.


The Role

* Act as a Sales Representative focused on understanding and meeting the transportation needs of service members.
* Participate in a comprehensive 3-month training program guided by the Senior Sales Team to develop the necessary skills for success.
* Sell vehicles and related services on US military bases in Italy, Germany and Poland.


Compensation & Benefits

* On-target earnings (OTE) approximately €60,000 annually; top performers can earn significantly more, with average earnings up to €150,000 per year based on sales performance.
* Lucrative and uncapped earnings potential tied to commissions.

Requirements

* Fluent English or strong English skills
* Clean criminal record
* Willingness to relocate overseas
* Valid EU driver's license


Skills & Experience

* Proven experience in sales, customer service, or an office environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build and maintain client relationships
* Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation
* Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
* Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
* Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
* Organized and detail-oriented with good time management skills
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
* Team player with the ability to work independently
* Motor trade experience beneficial, but not essential
