The Role: Senior Sales Engineer
We're looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to support enterprise customers across Italy. As a security expert, you'll partner with Sales to advise on and deploy Trend Micro's next-gen cybersecurity solutions, shape client strategies, and build trusted relationships.
What You'll Do
* Serve as the technical lead for enterprise customers in Italy
* Understand customer needs and recommend tailored security solutions
* Deliver engaging technical demos and presentations
* Influence customer security strategies through technical leadership
* Respond to tenders and deliver product training
* Guide deployments, troubleshoot, and ensure best practices
* Travel across Italy for client engagements as needed
What You'll Bring
* 7+ years as a presales / IT solution delivery, ideally with a cybersecurity focus
* Knowledge of cybersecurity attack framework (i.e. MITRE&CK) and reports (i.e. OWASP Top 10)
* Passion for security and solving customer challenges
* Knowledge of Windows/Linux, networking, web/email security
* Clear communication and confident technical presenting
* Experience with large enterprise environments
Nice to Have
* Experience with Trend Micro technologies
* Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and other cloud platforms
* Industry certifications (CISSP, CIE, ...)
