Reporting directly to the VP of Strategy Marketing, you will collaborate closely with internal IT, external consultants, and country organizations to deliver a world‑class digital channel that drives both sales and customer satisfaction. /p h3bKey Responsibilities /b /h3 ul liDrive additional sales through the B2B channel by enhancing usability, product availability, and customer experience. /li liDefine and own the roadmap for the B2B platform, aligning with business objectives and customer needs. /li liIdentify and implement features and initiatives that improve customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction. /li liCoordinate with IT teams and external vendors to ensure smooth development, integration, and maintenance. /li liLead the rollout of the platform across existing and new countries, driving adoption among local teams and customers. /li liCollaborate with commercial teams to ensure local market requirements are addressed.
