* Experience with Salesforce (preferred)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Your responsibilities
* Implement the commercial policy for the professional lighting channel
* Build regional coverage, supporting agency efforts
* Collaborate on business expansion strategies with management
* Acquire and develop new customers (installers, contractors, end users)
* Develop projects and maintain Salesforce reports
* Lead training sessions for agencies and customers in Italy
* Promote the BLE system and collaborate with agencies and HQ
* Gather market insights and communicate with marketing
* Achieve targets and meet budgets
* Manage internal relationships across channels and departments
