Main activities
1. Will be responsible for the sale of company products for the assigned area;
2. It will evaluate and monitor the opportunities of the reference market;
3. It will formalize requests for offers in economic and service terms;
4. Will interact with the local plant structures for the correct and timely resolution of the requested supplies ;
5. Will identify and pursue business opportunities for concrete sales, collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors and other key construction industry stakeholders;
6. Will build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and proposing solutions suited to their projects.
Requirements
Fundamentals/Must haves
7. Diploma in surveyor or technical address;
8. Previous experience in a specific commercial field or in the construction sector ;
9. Negotiation, listening and analytical skills.
Preferential/Nice to have
10. Ability to work in a team ;
11. Goal and results orientation;
12. Knowledge of equipment and processes related to concrete and asphalt production;
13. Management and leadership skills;
14. In-depth knowledge of industry rules and regulations.
