The company is specialized in manufacturing of raw materials and ingredients for the cosmetic and personal care industry.
We are assisting them in recruiting a new Junior Sales Specialist who, coached by the Sales Director, will progressively take over the key national accounts and clients across Northen Europe !
The position is open to all candidates based in Lombardy!
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Support senior sales representatives by preparing sales presentations and promotional materials.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and inquiries effectively.
Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote our products and gain market insights.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree either in: Business, Marketing, or a related field / Chemical Science, C.T.F, Material Science or a related field
Previous experience, in sales or R&D (internships included), in the cosmetics and personal care industry or other chemical raw materials/ingredients
Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events
Fluent English (good command of additional languages is a plus)
