Responsible for managing and growing sales through assigned distributors across Europe, with a strong focus on expanding business in non-automotive markets.Your roleServe as the primary point of contact for the assigned account across Europe, be the Voice of the Customer within Aptiv, ensuring customer needs are represented and addressedWork closely within and with the Aptiv organization to promote CS products through assigned distributorsBuild and maintain strong relationships with distributor stakeholders to ensure alignment on growth objectives, create a proper network up to executive levelsDevelop and execute strategic plans to increase market share and penetration.Drive revenue growth also in non-automotive segments in line with team goalsSupport creation of annual sales plans and forecasts, aligned with Aptiv defined KPIsMonitor performance against targets and implement corrective actions when needed.Support pricing strategies and negotiate commercial terms to maximize profitability.Ensure compliance with company policies and margin objectives.Track sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.Prepare regular reports and present insights to management.Work closely with all Aptiv departments (marketing, operations, customer service, finance, etc.) to achieve operational and strategic objectivesYour backgroundProven experience in sales/account management within the electronic connector industry.Strong understanding of distribution channel dynamics and European market landscape.Ability to develop strategic relationships and influence at multiple levels.Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.Fluent in Italian & English, German as optional.Willingness to travel across Europe as required.Why join usYou can grow at Aptiv.
