ADHR Group, a Treviso branch, is seeking candidates for a position in the mechanical engineering sector:
Main Responsibilities:
1. Support in managing orders, shipments, and customer relations;
2. Data entry and updates in management systems;
3. Onboarding new clients in the system, preparing offers, drafting reports, and handling orders and delivery notes (DDT);
4. Communication with clients and suppliers, including in English;
5. Managing documents and administrative procedures;
6. Collaborating with other departments to coordinate company activities;
7. Providing support for commercial activities.
Requirements:
* Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken) and German;
* Diploma or degree in economics/administration (or equivalent);
* Good proficiency with main IT tools (e.g., Office suite, ERP systems);
* Organizational skills and precision in task management;
* Ability to multitask and problem-solve;
* Teamwork attitude and good communication skills.
Work location: Villorba (TV)
