Service Area Manager

What you will do
* Responsible for the service level of the Authorized Service Assistance (ASA), as well as the sales budget for spare parts and accessories of Centers and Distributors in the assigned Italian areas.
* Support the sales team of finished products regarding service quality, speed, and relationships between the commercial side and the service network.
* Visit ASA and Distributors regularly to ensure achievement of area budget (turnover and margin).
* Monitor KPIs at ASA and intervene to drive results.
* Visit main retailers in coordination with the sales force to establish relationships and manage critical issues proactively.
* Develop the area commercially by proposing activation of new customers, products, or services.
* Manage the service network by solving present problems, selecting or opening new ASA, and resolving conflicts.
* Analyze reports from HQ to identify corrective actions to meet targets.
* Present results, deviations, recovery actions, and timelines during Monthly Business Reviews.
* Coordinate with Service Commercial Managers for customer actions/promotions.
* Gather and share information about main competitors’ activities.
What you need to succeed
Must have
Solid experience in coordinating service networks with spare parts/accessories sales, dealer relationships, preferably in white goods or small household appliances sectors. Automotive sector experience is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel basics, data management, report creation, v-lookups, pivot tables).
Education
Degree in Commercial/Management or high school diploma in commercial or technical field.
Languages
Fluent in Italian, good English (advanced preferred).
Soft skills
Fast, reliable, autonomous, well-organized, with strong communication skills.
