The role will be responsible for developing strategic, data-driven analyses to support commercial decision-making and contribute to the definition of the acquisition strategy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Analyze demand and consolidate sales forecasts
2. Develop and execute strategic and seasonal acquisition plans
3. Define pricing and go-to-market (GTM) strategies to maximize customer acquisition while ensuring financial sustainability
4. Monitor sales performance and propose corrective actions
5. Support the achievement of financial targets (NG, Revenues, EBITDA)
6. Translate customer insights and KPIs (, conversion rate, reason to buy) into actionable commercial strategies
7. Develop models to assess and analyze the effectiveness of business strategies.
Requirements
8. 2-3 years of experience in similar roles
9. Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point
10. Familiarity with data visualization tools (, Adobe Analytics, Tableau)
11. Fluent in English
12. Strategic vision and strong business orientation
13. Analytical and data-driven approach, with a focus on BigData
14. Digital mindset and deep understanding of the current and future entertainment landscape
15. Strong storytelling skills to effectively communicate with top management.
