You will manage customer relationships, collaborate with resellers, and lead initiatives to shift from reactive to proactive service. You will use CRM to manage opportunities and support cross‑functional teams in delivering value. This role blends technical understanding with strategic sales to support Atlas Copco’s vacuum brand.

- Visit customers to promote service solutions aligned with needs
- Promote medium‑to‑long term service offerings and multi‑year maintenance agreements
- Maintain accurate CRM activity and sales funnel, follow up on opportunities
- Build a network of key contacts within existing customers for loyalty and insights
- Support ACV resellers and distributors, align with VTS sales strategy, promote e‑commerce and training
- Manage leads from multiple channels (calls, website, RFQs, etc.)
- Participate in marketing campaigns to promote products, events, and initiatives
Responsabilità
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in an industrial environment
- Based in Italy in the Cinisello Balsamo (MI) area or willing to relocate
- Willingness to travel across the territory (approx. 50–60%)
- Degree or diploma, ideally in a technical discipline
- Strong customer focus with ability to xlwpduy build trusted relationships and deliver value
- Driven, results‑oriented, proactive with ownership mindset
- Structured and organized with experience using CRM to manage pipeline
- Strong communication skills and team collaboration; good command of English
