Key Responsibilities
Manage and deliver integrated campaigns (60%)
* Collaborate with the Communications team to define campaign objectives, target audiences, key messaging, and KPIs aimed at increasing stakeholder engagement and promoting sustainability standards.
* Develop marketing initiatives for commercial partners in the Italian market, contributing to client retention, acquisition, and overall customer experience improvement.
* Lead and support marketing and communication activities, monitoring impact, analysing campaign performance, and producing reports with actionable insights to optimise future initiatives.
* Ensure brand consistency and oversee the performance of paid advertising campaigns across multiple media channels.
* Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables maintain high quality standards.
* Work closely with the digital team to optimise organic and paid media activities, maximising message effectiveness and return on investment.
* Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of B2C communication and marketing events across Italy.
Support communication and marketing activities for commercial partners (40%)
* Create engaging trade marketing materials, including toolkits, newsletters, presentations, and digital assets to support partner communications.

Job Profile: The selected candidate will have the following qualifications:
· Relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, Media and/or Business-related field.
· Proven working experience in marketing, communications, or campaign management (in-house or agency). Experience in food/retail sector is an advantage.
· Previous experience of planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
· Ability to develop and adapt content for B2C and B2B audiences, including trade marketing materials.
· Fluent English (C1/C2) is mandatory, as a significant portion of interactions will be conducted in English;
· Based in, or willing to relocate to, Milan.
