We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-end property sales, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to cultivate long-term client relationships. This commissioned-based role requires a polished professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and understands the nuances of luxury real estate.

Responsibilities

* Represent buyers and sellers in luxury property transactions with professionalism and discretion
* Develop and maintain a robust network of high-net-worth clients and industry contacts
* Conduct market research and provide clients with comprehensive analysis and insights
* Coordinate property showings, open houses, and private tours
* Negotiate contracts and guide clients through the entire transaction process
* Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to promote listings effectively
* Stay up-to-date on luxury market trends, property values, and legal regulations

Qualifications

* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in luxury real estate sales
* Proven sales success and client relationship management skills
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
* High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
* Proficiency with real estate CRM software and digital marketing tools

Compensation

$100,000 - $250,000
