The goal is to expand the team. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the selected candidate will undergo product and role training to develop skills in managing, consolidating, and developing the customer portfolio in the European market. Responsibilities Support the development and execution of sales strategies for selected European markets; Manage an existing client portfolio and build relationships with prospective B2B customers to increase loyalty and expand distribution channels with new partners; Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and contribute to continuous improvement through indicator analysis to identify levers and action plans for performance enhancement; Prepare commercial offers and conduct negotiations with support from senior managers; Optimize relationships with back office and service colleagues to benefit distribution partners; Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and sales support materials (social media, events, trade shows, etc.); Participate in industry fairs, events, and meetings with clients and partners, overseeing the assigned territory. Your Profile The ideal candidate will have the following characteristics: Diploma or degree, preferably with a technical focus; Preferably 1 year of work experience, with strong customer relationship skills, good communication skills, and proactive attitude; Fluent knowledge of English; Ability to work synergistically in a team (sales, back office, service, controlling); Willingness to travel within Europe up to 40% of the time.
