Join to apply for the Product Assurance Manager role at Thales.PositionProject PA Manager – InstitutionalLocationRome, ItalyJob DescriptionThe incumbent will ensure the implementation of all Product Assurance tasks on institutional projects for the assigned perimeter (project or sub-system) and will:Responsibilities Ensure compliance with project requirements and document deviations.Ensure project activities comply with the Company Quality Management System, applicable standards and regulations.Establish and maintain an interface with the Customer Quality representative for PA matters.Act as the primary PA interface for the Project Management team.Create, update and implement the Project PA Plan in accordance with PA requirements.Coordinate the Project Quality team, ensuring PA requirements or plans are properly cascaded at all levels.Prepare PA‐responsible quality documents and approve other project quality documents.Report quality aspects to the Customer, PMO and management.Participate in project meetings and reviews, providing quality input.Ensure Risk Management processes are executed and provide proactive contributions.Participate in transversal activities, coaching and supporting junior colleagues.
