We definitely know how to have fun! /li liYou’ll have the chance to challenge the norm and work in a creative and rewarding environment; /li liStrength in numbers: you’ll be part of an international, innovative, and fast-growing group that’s transforming the hospitality industry; /li liPlus, you’ll enjoy great discounts across the Hoxton and Ennismore family. /li /ul h3What you’ll do… /h3 ul liProactively seek new business opportunities and generate sales leads, building and maintaining relationships with key clients. /li liActively market and sell all private event spaces public spaces to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. /li liWork on collateral packages to competitively increase event revenues across social and corporate events. /li liEntertain clients conduct site inspections in the Hotel where required. /li liBenchmark pricing to ensure offerings are competitive within the market. /li liExpand presence within the local and Italian market of the Hotel, seeking out new opportunities with corporate clients and events agencies, and converting new event business opportunities. /li liWork closely with the proactive sales team reactive Groups Events team, converting new leads into accounts creating proposals for larger scale events to fit client requirements. /li liVisit client offices in Rome and potentially in Italy, presenting the Hotel to large groups of clients. /li liTrack sales, analyzing performance and reporting on key metrics to identify growth opportunities. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For… /h3 ul liMinimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales role in Rome or Italy. /li liExperience in working with the Italian market. /li liFluency in English, any other languages are a bonus but not essential. /li liYou’re dynamic and great at growing and nurturing long lasting relationships. /li liYou’re proactive and experienced with great enthusiasm and self-motivation. /li liYou’re able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-growth environment that relies on being flexible and moving fast. /li liYou want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and has fun along the way. /li /ul pAdditional Information: The Hoxton Rome is part of a series of open-house hotels, each set in a neighbourhood we love.
