We are on a growth journey – now looking for a Product Manager to support our Mobile Power Solution sub-segment. The Regional Product Manager – Mobile Power Solutions manages the full lifecycle of the Mobile Power Solutions product portfolio within their competence in local markets, with the key objective to drive profitable and sustainable growth. Your Main Responsibilities The core responsibility is to develop and deliver a relevant, innovative, and profitable product portfolio that positions Dometic as a leading supplier of Mobile Power Solutions in the target end-user markets of the region (Americas, APAC, or EMEA). Develop relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to gain deep regional market knowledge. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning to develop actionable insights for the product plan. Support integration of acquired companies by building relationships, driving process adoption, and assessing synergies. Propose a strategic product plan including roadmaps, generation plans, and strategic objectives to meet business goals. Present and validate the plan with global stakeholders and leadership. Prioritize new product introductions to optimize SKU count and meet market needs. Champion new product development, sourcing, and improvements aligning with sustainability targets and legislation. Define requirements and create business cases for new projects. Ensure product development meets timing, technical, and cost targets. Maintain compliance and oversee validation activities. Collaborate on pricing, channel strategies, and go-to-market activities for new and existing products. Manage product lifecycle phases, forecast, and develop clearance plans. Analyze portfolio data for improvements in price, volume, and profitability. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including cost optimization and warranty projects. Maintain accurate product data and support system improvements. Represent Dometic at customer visits, events, and product showcases. Adhere to and improve product management processes. Support sales and service teams with campaigns and customer engagement. Gather market intelligence through research, trade-fairs, and networking. Lead product launches and trainings. Qualifications and Experience Minimum of 5 years in Product Management or a related field. Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Marketing, Commerce, or similar. Technical understanding of mobile power systems. Experience with Product Information Management systems, project management platforms, and ERPs. Willingness to travel and possess a valid driver’s license. Skills and Competencies Experience working across diverse markets and cultures. Ability to operate in a global matrix organization.
