This role will also serve as liaison between the Aero Alliance JV (AAJV) Demand Planning / Forecasting team and DT, as well as, providing project management leadership, production support and implementation of business process improvements through process definition, configuration changes and enhancements of the company's core planning system : Oracle Demantra. Collaborates with business functions to drive end-to-end system implementation or improvements initiatives (design, test, deploy sustain). /liliWork with AAJV leadership and business SMEs to identify data analytics gaps; collaborate in the design, functional specification, test, and rollout of reports and dashboards. /liliIdentify key performance indicators, set milestones, and establish a reporting cadence to track progress and measure Supply Chain performance. /liliEnsure that application development is aligned with company standards and meet compliance and regulatory requirements. Responsible and accountable for sustaining DT applications. /liliWork collaboratively with peer colleagues to deliver and sustain digital solutions. Adhere, follow, and improve DT systems, processes, and procedures. /liliDevelop high-performing teams through functional and technical leadership skills.
