As part of the Offer Department, Category Team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
Building the marketing mix: assortment, Price, promo and Product animation standing market developments, customer expectations & purchase behavior and analyzing competition.
Scout and manage new launches and new brands with a full lead of 360° plan (in store set up, price, promotion, communication)
Coordinate & support the other departments in the implementation of the strategy through clear sales guidelines
Develop animations bringing innovation and local big ideas to differentiate within the market
Establish trust relationships and co-create strategy with brands
Piloting brands Sell-in, Sell-out and stock in monthly forecast per brand according to Négociation team guidelines, Supply Chain and Finance
Negotiate with the suppliers and create trust relationships with them in order to maximize their support in Stores selling operations
Data analysis (sales, consumer, market report.) Performance & Commercial focus
Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
Experience in managing new product launches and developing 360° plans
Ability to build and maintain trust relationships with brands and suppliers
